Welcome to ThawPrep. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment processor. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day return policy is described in the Refund Policy. In short: if you're not happy within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.

We work to describe our products accurately. Minor variations in color or finish can occur between the photos and the delivered item. Product specifications may be updated over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThawPrep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
